At Cosnooze, we're committed to helping you achieve optimal sleep performance. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
30-Night Performance Trial
We offer a 30-Night Performance Trial for all bedding products. If our products don't enhance your sleep experience as expected, you may return them within 30 nights (from the delivery date) for a full refund of the purchase price.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Within the 30-night trial period
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unwashed and free from stains, tears, or damage
- In the original packaging (when possible)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Products that have been washed or used beyond reasonable testing
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to misuse
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Contact our support team at support@cosnooze.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We'll provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the unused product in its original packaging if possible.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return using the shipping method provided in your return instructions.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we've processed your return.
Refund Includes:
- Product purchase price
- Standard shipping cost (if applicable)
Refund Excludes:
- Express or expedited shipping charges
- Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@csnooze.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
