What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-Night Performance Trial. Not the right fit? Return unused, unwashed items within 30 days for a full refund.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@cosnooze.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes — just follow the return process and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures you get your new item quickly.
